One a Day Project - Tuesday's Tallies

Yes it's Tuesday again and time for an update on my One a Day project.  It's still coming along nicely and my total is now 94 squares.  I thought I would lay them out this week so you can see how they all look - pretty aren't they?  It was a little bit of a wake up call laying them out as I realised I am going to need a whole load more of these to make a decent sized blanket.  I think I'll need a minimum of 400 squares possibly more if I want to put them on our bed.  They now weigh 250 grams so that's five balls of yarn!

90 squares

  15. Carole they're looking fab together! Looks like the perfect project for doing one (or two?) a day, I'm sure before you know it you'll have your 400! I might do something similar but on a smaller scale like a cushion. Lots of green yarn I want to get hooking :)

    1. I think I'll crochet them together but keep the seams on the back as I like the way the colours look next to each other.

    1. I'm not sure yet, I thought 400 would give me a decent sized blanket but after laying the 90 out I realised I'm probably going to need a whole load more than that!
